We visit the property at a time convenient to the Landlord and explain the Guaranteed Rent scheme in detail, and subject to satisfactory viewing and ensure the property is suitable for us we will make a rental offer.
Once the landlord accepts the offer, we obtain EPC, NICEIC and Gas Certificates. If you don’t have these certificates, we can help you obtain them.
As soon the Landlord signing the contract the rent will be paid each month even if the property is vacant.
Regular inspections are carried out to ensure that the property is well maintained.
If there is any malicious damage to the property by tenants is covered by us.
